1 Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on arvak24.com with Ecommerce Daily Limited (“we”).
2 Contract
Product listings are not a binding offer. By submitting an order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.
3 Prices and shipping
All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT. Shipping is free. For deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import duties.
4 Payment

5 Delivery
Delivery takes 6–8 days from conclusion of the contract. Every parcel is tracked.
6 Retention of title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal, see right of withdrawal. We bear the cost of returns.
8 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
9 Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
