How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping at ARVAK is always free, with no minimum order value, to every delivery country.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 6–8 days from your order. Every parcel has a tracking number, which we email to you as soon as it is on its way.

Which countries does ARVAK deliver to?

To all EU countries as well as Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and the USA.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. You never pay customs duties, import taxes or other fees, whichever country we deliver to. We cover these costs.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Returns are free: email us and we will send you a return label. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of your withdrawal, using your original payment method.

What is the jewellery made of?

All ARVAK rings, bracelets and pendants are made of 316L stainless steel. Some rings are also set with cubic zirconia stones; details are on each product page.

How do I find my ring size?

Our ring sizes are EU sizes: the number is the inner circumference in millimetres (EU 60 = 60 mm). Each product page also shows the matching US size. Our size guide explains how to measure with a strip of paper or a ring you already own.

How can I pay?

With PayPal or with a credit or debit card. Payment is processed securely by PayPal; you do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.

Which currency do I pay in?

In euros. Visitors from the USA see and pay prices in US dollars.

When do I get an order confirmation?

Right after payment, by email, with your order number, the items and the delivery address.

How do I care for stainless steel jewellery?

Clean it with lukewarm water and a little mild soap, then dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and chlorine.
